# Roadmap & Evolution Stages

Aivion’s roadmap is designed as a staged evolution from brand launch to AI agent economy.

The project does not aim to introduce every feature at once. Instead, Aivion follows a progressive development path where each phase builds the foundation for the next.

The roadmap reflects Aivion’s long-term mission:

To make on-chain economic intent visible, understandable, and verifiable through AI agents.

### Phase One: Foundation

The first phase focuses on building the identity, structure, and public foundation of the Aivion ecosystem.

Key objectives include:

Brand identity development

Logo and visual system

Website launch

Whitepaper publication

Community channel setup

Social media launch

Initial project documentation

Token concept finalization

Core narrative development

Early partnership outreach

Smart contract preparation

This phase introduces Aivion to the market and establishes the project’s core message:

AI that sees economic intent.

During this phase, the team focuses on explaining what Aivion is, why the platform matters, and how AI agents can create a new intelligence layer for the on-chain economy.

### Phase Two: Community Activation

The second phase focuses on building the first user base and community ecosystem.

Key objectives include:

Telegram community growth

X campaign activation

Early user onboarding

Community missions

Point system planning

Educational content

AI agent introduction posts

Market intelligence content

Partner announcements

Beta tester recruitment

This phase is important because Aivion depends on user feedback and community participation. Early users help validate the product direction, test messaging, and shape platform priorities.

The goal is to create a community that understands both the cultural narrative and the real utility of Aivion.

### Phase Three: MVP Development

The third phase focuses on building the first working version of the Aivion platform.

Key objectives include:

Web dashboard development

Wallet Connect integration

AI Signal Feed

Watchlist system

Basic Agent Dashboard

Economic Intent Score prototype

Wallet monitoring module

Liquidity monitoring module

Exchange flow monitoring module

Risk alert module

User profile system

Telegram Mini-App or bot prototype

This phase turns Aivion from concept into product.

The MVP allows users to experience AI-generated on-chain intelligence directly. The goal is to prove that AI agents can help users interpret market activity more clearly than traditional dashboards or raw alerts.

### Phase Four: Beta Launch

The fourth phase focuses on launching the MVP to selected beta users.

Key objectives include:

Closed beta testing

User feedback collection

Signal quality review

Dashboard improvement

Telegram bot testing

Point system activation

Bug fixing

UX optimization

Agent response improvement

Community testing campaigns

During the beta phase, Aivion measures how users interact with signals, which features are most useful, and which agent categories require improvement.

The beta launch is also an opportunity to build early platform loyalty through participation rewards, community missions, and user feedback loops.

### Phase Five: Public MVP Release

The fifth phase opens the platform to a wider audience.

Key objectives include:

Public web dashboard release

Expanded AI Signal Feed

Improved Economic Intent Score

More supported tokens and wallets

Watchlist expansion

Risk alerts improvement

Community reward campaigns

User onboarding campaigns

Platform analytics

Public documentation update

This phase focuses on usability and adoption.

Aivion begins moving from early testing to broader user engagement. The project should focus on making the platform simple enough for new users while still valuable for advanced users.

### Phase Six: Proof of Economic Intent Activation

The sixth phase introduces Aivion’s signal verification framework.

Key objectives include:

Signal tracking system

Historical signal database

Agent performance records

Supported signal classification

Partially supported signal classification

Inconclusive signal classification

Unsupported signal classification

Agent reliability metrics

Public performance dashboard

Proof of Economic Intent reports

This phase is one of the most important stages in Aivion’s evolution.

It allows the platform to move beyond signal generation and into measurable AI intelligence. Signals are no longer temporary outputs. They become records that can be reviewed, measured, and improved.

Proof of Economic Intent helps build trust between users, agents, and the platform.

### Phase Seven: Token Utility Expansion

The seventh phase expands the role of AIVN inside the ecosystem.

Key objectives include:

Premium signal access

Advanced agent reports

AIVN-based platform utility

Reward system expansion

Beta user incentive conversion model

Agent access features

Governance preparation

Community participation rewards

Ecosystem campaign integration

AIVN becomes more deeply connected to platform usage during this phase.

The token begins supporting access, rewards, agent services, premium intelligence, and ecosystem participation.

### Phase Eight: Agent Reputation System

The eighth phase focuses on making AI agents more accountable and user-facing.

Key objectives include:

Agent profile pages

Agent signal history

Agent accuracy indicators

Agent confidence calibration

Performance ranking

User-followed agents

Agent category comparison

Reputation-based visibility

Agent improvement cycles

This phase strengthens Aivion’s agent economy.

Users can begin to understand which agents are more useful in specific categories. Agents become more than background tools. They become visible intelligence providers with measurable records.

### Phase Nine: Agent Marketplace

The ninth phase introduces a broader AI service economy.

Key objectives include:

Agent Marketplace design

Premium agent access

Specialized agent categories

Third-party or partner agent framework

Agent subscription model

AIVN utility integration

Marketplace quality standards

Agent onboarding rules

Performance-based ranking

Revenue and reward model

The Agent Marketplace allows Aivion to expand beyond its core agents.

Specialized agents may focus on specific chains, sectors, risk categories, DeFi activity, whale clusters, project analytics, or social narratives.

This phase transforms Aivion from a single platform into an AI agency network.

### Phase Ten: Transparent AI Wallets

The tenth phase introduces more visible wallet-based ecosystem records.

Key objectives include:

Agent-linked wallet records

Reward distribution wallets

Treasury visibility

Ecosystem incentive tracking

Agent reward transparency

Public wallet dashboard

Governance-related wallet reporting

Transparent AI Wallets support trust inside the ecosystem.

They allow users to review how selected agent-related rewards, treasury programs, or ecosystem activities are recorded on-chain.

### Phase Eleven: AI Autonomous Treasury

The eleventh phase expands Aivion’s treasury model.

Key objectives include:

Treasury reporting

Agent development funding

Performance-based agent rewards

Community grant programs
